Quality Control

To better control our production mat quality, we usually have the following steps to ensure we are keeping the rejection rate within 1%:

Test The Raw Material

Test the raw material before mass production after purchased from our raw material supplier, to ensure the material is with no holes, good smell, bold colors, etc.

During the mass foam mat pieces, we will have our "In-Production" team checking the production status to make sure the color is correct to the pantone number, foamed sheet size is ok for the next cutting step, foam material of inner part is with no holes, also the texture is smooth and with no broken ones.

For the next slicing step, we will have the mat thickness be controlled within the tolerance of +/- 0.2mm for the standard. In order to do that, we will cut at least 10pcs of the sheet to test before mass eva foam floor tiles slicing, as well as test after every batch of the sheet.

The Cutting Step

Next comes the cutting step. In order to cut all the mats with clean sides with no trimmings left, we will only put one layer of the sheet instead of putting 3 layers of sheets like others, into our 60T cutting machine. But with a totally 4pcs of 60T cutting machines, we could have good efficiency every day.

QA step

For the QA step. We have our 10person team for doing 100% QA before packaging. The dust cap is requested to avoided hair falling off. EVERY SINGLE mat has to be checked on texture side, all the mats with surface scratched, broken, unsmooth, etc must be picked out; All the mats of the backside with holes are not allowed go to the next package step; Mat thickness is controlled by gluing a standard thick mat on the QA table and compare the mass production mat on beside of it to see if it is higher or thinner than the standard. All the rejected mats would be sold to a local recycled material processing company, which would use them for other plastic products.

Two auto packaging lines allow us well-shrinkwraped mats with quite a good efficiency. We are also having one QC at the end of the packaging area to check all the packages, like if color paper or the master carton is used correctly, or a number of sets into one carton is correct.

For the Storage Warehouse, we have each pallet numbered to make sure the number received by the warehouse is exactly the same as the number of the production team and order number.
